The ability to conceive a child is determined by the coordinated work of three levels of the endocrine system. At the second level – the pituitary gland – FSH and LH are produced. Ovarian function depends on the ratio of these hormones. The level of follicle-stimulating and luteinizing hormones is examined to determine the causes of infertility. After this procedure, doctors can prescribe appropriate treatment.

What are FSH and LH?
In the pituitary gland, a hormone called follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is generated. It affects the formation (maturation and growth) of female follicles and male sperm.
Ovulation requires the balance of luteinizing hormone (LH). Stimulates genital development. In men, it stimulates sperm development. LH is also produced in the pituitary gland like FSH. Gonaldotrophs (cells of the anterior pituitary gland) produce FSH and LH, hence the name gonadotropins hormones has come.
For many women, especially those who want to get pregnant or understand more about the menstrual cycle, these hormones are already familiar. This is because they are part of the regulation of the menstrual cycle as well, participating in the follicular phase, ovulation and, if there is fertilization, in the development of pregnancy and lactation.
The ratio of FSH to LH
Hormone levels are constantly changing. It changes both during life and during one menstrual cycle. The ratio of indicators may be subject to slight fluctuations.
FSH levels in girls are very low. Its norm is 0.4 – 6.6 mIU / ML. After the first menstruation (menarche), the rate of follicle-stimulating hormone is determined within the limits that are characteristic of an woman.
LH levels in girls before puberty are 0.05 – 3.7 units. It is installed after menarche.
If the FSH and LH hormones are weak in women then it can be a problem in releasing an egg or give a birth and it can also imbalance the menstruation cycle. There are many treatments and therapies are available that claim to increase these hormones naturally but medical science also has some more reliable and fast method to increase the gonadotropins (FSH and LH).
I have mentioned two of the best medicines for increasing Gonadotropins down below:
Menopur
Menopur can only be administered intramuscularly. It is recommended to have intramuscular injections in health institutions. Menopur can be administered subcutaneously and intramuscularly. The work of this medicine clearly justifies Menopur cost. It is recommended to apply under the skin from the abdomen on your own or from a health institution intramuscularly. In both, 5 powders and 5 solvents of 1 ml come out of the box. Each powder contains 75 IU FSH and 75 IU LH. You are told how many ampoules you need to inject with each application.
Gonal F
It is used for the production of various follicles in assisted reproduction techniques such as “in vitro fertilization”, “gamete intrafallopian transfer” or “zygote intrafallopian transfer.
GONAL-f is a medicine containing alpha follitropin, which is produced in the laboratory by recombinant DNA technology. It belongs to the family of hormones called gonadotropins, which are used in the natural control of reproduction. Gonal F cost is reasonable for its functions in a female body.
