Roles & Responsibilities for Internship for Women
- Oversee the whole recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring for a range of roles inside the company.
- Candidate Sourcing: To find and draw in possible applicants, use a variety of platforms, including networking, social media, job boards, and recommendations.
- Organize and carry out interviews to make sure that candidates have a good experience with the hiring process.Collaboration: Gain a thorough understanding of hiring managers’ requirements by collaborating with them to create recruitment methods that work.
- Talent Pipeline: Create and keep a talent pipeline in case future employment need arise.
- Employer Branding: Support efforts aimed at building an employer brand to draw in and keep top personnel.
- Compliance: During the hiring process, make sure that all applicable laws, rules, and corporate policies are followed.

Eligibility Criteria
- You are a woman returning to work and have relevant prior work experience aligned with our open requirements/roles.
- You have taken a career break of at least one year due to personal reasons such as childcare, elderly care, health conditions, or relocation.
- You can commit to a duration of 6 months, depending on the project’s nature and mutual agreement.

Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- Post-Graduate in HR is an added advantage
- 2-3years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the Startups.
- Experience hiring for business and technology and call centers.
- Competence with Excel, Windows, and data, MIS, and number management
- Skills in Negotiation
- Responsibility and Ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders
