Second Readind (Discussion) – In this reading there detailed discussion take place . The bill can raffered select commities

Thired Reading (Voting) – In this reading voting take place if majority in the favour the bill is consider to the pass .

AFTER PASSING

After passing the bill from the lower house . It will be go to upper house and same proceducer (First Reading ,Second Readind and Thired Reading ) . is followed . If the bill is passed from the both the house it is send to the governor for signature when the . When the governor sign the bill it will be a state law
